KOTF (Kentucky Occupational Therapy Foundation) is proud to partner with the Kroger Community Rewards Program, which allows Kroger shoppers to support local nonprofits simply by using their Kroger Plus Card.
Here’s how it works:
Every time you shop at Kroger and swipe your Kroger Plus Card, Kroger donates a percentage of your purchase to KOTF. These donations go directly toward providing scholarships for deserving students, helping them pursue higher education and achieve their dreams.
How to link your Kroger Rewards account:
1. Go to www.kroger.com/account/communityrewards.
2. Sign in to your Kroger account or create one if you don’t have one.
3. Search for Ky Occupational Therapy Foundation or enter our organization number: UJ907.
4. Click Enroll.That’s it!
